
Personal Training
A one-on-one personalised training experience tailored to an individuals goals, injuries, conditions and training ability. This is recommended and suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or have been training for many years. Jess’s primary objective in her sessions is to teach exercise in the safest and most practical form for enhancing everyday movement and she has a strong focus on creating long-term healthy lifestyle habits rather than offering a ‘quick fix’ solution.
Investment
45 minute sessions
Sessions are 45 minutes in duration. This time allows for a proper warm up and cool down and enables us to properly breakdown each movement so we can ensure the correct technique is performed. We will focus on your current goals and tailor the training protocol to suit your needs, whether that be strength training, mobility training, high intensity or interval training, and so on. Recommended 2 or more sessions per week for optimal results.

Group Training
A training experience that you can enjoy with your family or friends. Suitable for individuals with similar training goals and fitness ability. Jess will do her best to select exercises that are appropriate for all participants and can make adjustments for individuals where need be. This is a cost effective way to enjoy the benefits of personal training while splitting the cost with friends.

An individualised training program tailored to your goals, injuries, conditions and training ability. Perfect for purchase alongside one-on-one sessions so that Jess can work with you to progress through each exercise. Programs are a great way to stay accountable to your goals so you have a structured plan of attack when at the gym. It is recommended that programs are reviewed and updated every 4-8 weeks depending on the training goal. Program prices vary depending on length of program and number of workouts per week.

Online Coaching
Not really wanting to train face to face but need some structure to your training routine? Online coaching gives you the flexibility to train when it suits you while still fulfilling all your exercise goals. You will receive a personalised training program with access to an online training app with video tutorials of exercise demonstration and the ability to track your workouts and progress. You will also have a weekly check in with your trainer and programs are updated every 4 weeks.
