This program is designed to help you build strength, sculpt lean muscle, burn fat and improve your overall performance both in and out of the gym.
Here’s what you can expect over the next 8 weeks:
TRAINING STYLE & PROGRAM STRUCTURE:
- A balanced mix of strength training + functional training/HIIT
- 3-4 workouts per week plus a day to focus on core strength
- This is a gym-based program so you will need access to a gym
- Warm ups to do before every workout
- Recovery & stretches to do after every workout and/or on rest days
- Optional challenges throughout the program if you want to ramp up the intensity
- A workout scoreboard so you can keep track of your progress
- Glossary outlining all exercises including photo demonstrations
